Norse Projects offers a 14-day return window from the date of receipt for all items purchased online, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We aim to ensure a seamless process for our customers to exchange or refund their seasonal wardrobe staples.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Access our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and specify the reason for return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or durable alternative packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags remain intact on the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the provided prepaid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing or covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt for tracking until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
